First Time at PLTS

First time working out with us?

We know that first-time workouts can be intimidating. But don’t worry, there’s a first-timer in almost every class. Let our team know when you come in and the instructors will take good care of you.

How to get started

We recommend first-timers to choose our 3 Class Intro Pack. This Class Pack has a 50% discount and you get a free pair of Grip Socks (normally €15).

After purchasing your Class Pack you can easily book your first lesson online. Please make sure to arrive 5-10 minutes before your first class so we can take good care of you.

What to wear

Grip socks are required during every PLTS class for hygienic reasons and to ensure your safety. A free pair of PLTS grip socks is included in your 3 Class Intro Pack and you will receive them when entering the studio.

We recommend that you wear comfortable workout clothing. Think leggings, a top, and a sports bra – whatever makes you feel most comfortable during class.

What to expect

We recommend taking a Reformer Intro class to get a feel for the PLTS Reformer and the exercises. But starting with our signature Reformer Pilates class is of course also an option.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early before your first class, so one of our front desk hosts can show you around the studio and get you set up with some Grip Socks. After that, don’t be shy and introduce yourself to the PLTS instructor before the class begins and they will get you set up on the Reformer.
