Our PLTS Academy is an intensive training program consisting of 11 training days and 40+ hours of individual training. You will be taught by our Master Trainers who will teach you everything about the PLTS concept and the techniques of Reformer Pilates. The Academy will be concluded with a 50-minute exam. Are you ready?!
Our next Academy is scheduled for 2024. During this training, you will challenge yourself to take your teaching skills to the next level and learn all about the PLTS concept and Reformer Pilates techniques. To participate in the Academy, you must be an experienced group class trainer with experience in teaching to music and be residing in A'dam (Amsterdam). Reformer or Pilates experience is a plus but not mandatory. Are you interested? Sign up below, and one of our Master Trainers will get in touch with you soon. Prior to the Academy, we will organise several demo days where you can showcase your teaching abilities in a short demonstration focusing on musicality and energy.
