
PLTS Reformer Pilates Instructor
Originally from Barcelona, Spain, Marina has always had a strong passion for movement and sports. She started with trail running and later combined it with strength training, which led her to discover Pilates as a way to build strength, improve balance in the body, and help prevent injuries. She quickly fell in love with the way Pilates challenges both the body and mind through controlled, intentional movement.
What made her fall in love with PLTS-style training was the energy of the classes: motivating music, dynamic movement, and the feeling of pushing yourself in a supportive environment. Becoming an instructor felt like the perfect way to combine her passion for fitness with motivating and supporting others on their own journey.
