Anna started Pilates for herself and fell in love with it the moment she sat down at the reformer. The combination of mental calmness, physical strength, and vibrant vibes is a 10/10 for her. Teaching at PLTS is a joy for Anna; she loves being aware of everything she and her clients are doing. It's a mental challenge to bring everyone into the right setting, but seeing everyone enjoying themselves fills her with positive vibes.
In her free time, Anna enjoys walks in the park with a podcast, coffee with friends, visiting PLTS, or going for a run. Clients can look forward to the energy she brings to her classes, encouraging everyone at the same level for an uplifting experience. Anna believes PLTS is a safe space for everyone who wants to work out, with no judgment and lots of love, and she strives to spread that feeling.
