We do hope that you will love everything from us although it may happen that you wish to return an order. Whatever the reason, you are able to return your order up to 14 days after its delivery. We ask that the items are returned in their original condition and packaging. You will then be credited with the full order amount including the initial shipping costs, on the same bank account and via the same payment provider.
You are responsible for the shipping costs to return your purchases. Make sure to consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.
To return an item or accessory, please contact us at email@example.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned and is in good condition.
If an item is sent back to us damaged, we, unfortunately, can’t sell it anymore and will therefore not refund you. So make sure to handle your items with love and package them properly for return.
Do you wish to exchange your product? That is no problem at all! Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will happily arrange this. Note that you are responsible for the shipping costs to return the original item.
If you’ve accidentally entered the wrong delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com. We will then try to change the order for you!
We do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. For orders placed on business days before 16:00, we usually try to ship the same day. Delivery will then be the next (business) day. However, we are not always able to fulfill this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. Of course, if for whatever reason we do not meet this delivery time described above, we will inform you as soon as possible.
The shipping costs are:
€ 3.95 for orders that fit through the letterbox
€ 5.95 for orders under € 75,-
Free for orders over € 75,-
Delivery is done via T&T courier service. In general, delivery will take place the next business day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the precise time of delivery.

We care about our products and do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Yet it sometimes happens that an order breaks during transport or that something else happens that allows you to claim under warranty. In that case, please contact us within 14 days after delivery of the product. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange for replacement free of charge.

If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil.
From 15 February 2016 it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being dealt with elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
