After a burn-out and the realization that working out and eating healthy had such a positive impact on her life, Sanne started her teaching path with an extended yoga training in 2016. Quickly after, she pursued a Barre & Reformer Pilates course to complete her teaching skills.
Sanne loves to keep the energy high & fun, and she encourages PLTS clients to listen to their bodies while focusing on alignment and safe movement. She believes that when you really learn to connect mind & body, your workout becomes much more effective and intense.
