PLTS Reformer Pilates Instructor & Studio Manager

Born in Ukraine, Maria moved to Rotterdam 11 years ago to study at the Codarts Dance Academy and loved the city so much she just couldn't leave after her graduation! Despite deciding not to follow a dance career, her passion for movement stayed at the core of her life and she turned to teaching (whilst also becoming a gym and group class junkie herself). 

Maria fell in love with the PLTS workouts from her very first class. She aims to make you feel exactly the same way she did after your own first PLTS workout! True to her dancing background, Maria will encourage you to let yourself be guided by the music and you'll notice she often ends up dancing a little herself while teaching. As a perfectionist, she is also on top of correcting everyone's posture and movements during class to assure you get the most out of it every single time.

Whether it's in the Reformer room or behind the Front Desk, you can always count on Maria to bring you an overall amazing PLTS experience!
