PLTS Reformer Pilates Instructor

Larissa was born and raised in the north of the Netherlands (Friesland) and is now based in Rotterdam. She’s a huge music and movement lover and therefore she cannot sit still.

Three years ago she graduated from Lucia Marthas Institute for Performing Arts with a double bachelor in teaching and being a professional dancer/performer. After graduation, she moved to Rotterdam and became a manager at Rituals for 2,5 years.

Right now she’s fully focused on teaching and developing herself within the dance and fitness industry since this industry feels like home to her and she wants to know everything about it! She developed a huge passion for the mind/body connection and wants to master this so she can pass her knowledge and inspiration through to everyone.

She’s also a social butterfly that loves to get to know new people and finds that connection with each and everyone!
