On Saturday March 28 at 12:00, we begin 24 hours of non stop PLTS classes at PLTS Zuid.
Day and night. Class after class.
The full proceeds of this event will be donated to Free a Girl Foundation, supporting their mission to rescue children who are victims of sexual exploitation worldwide.
It will also be the first time in the Netherlands that workouts are taught 24 hours in a row.

No. Anyone can participate by booking a class.
