PLTS Reformer Pilates Instructor

Born in Haarlem, raised in Amsterdam, and based in Rotterdam, Mercédes has lived and worked all over the world as a professional dancer. She fell in love with teaching two years ago and now already carries a rich résumé in Barre, Dance, and Reformer Pilates.

You'll quickly notice her positive attitude in her classes, using her favorite mantra "anything is possible with the right mindset" to guide you through PLTS' toughest routines. For Mercédes, feeling the burn and having a great time are one and the same!
