PLTS Reformer Pilates Instructor & Master Trainer

Carmen was born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa, where she also studied performing arts and danced professionally for the Cape Dance Company. In 2019, she hung up the dancing shoes and chose to focus on her passion for Pilates. 

Carmen is passionate about encouraging people to work their bodies to the best of their abilities and strives to help others in connecting mind and body. She's definitely a perfectionist when it comes to alignment and precision whilst moving efficiently. Expect Carmen to push you to your limits, because according to her "you haven't come this far, to only come this far".
